Peru, South America’s third largest country, is where Tamari Warrendale will be taking you on a tasteful journey! Peru’s geography is divided into three regions which all lead to exquisite regional ingredients: bountiful seafood from the coast, tropical fruits from the jungle, and incredible varieties of grains and potatoes from the Andes.
A five course menu crafted by Chef Roger Li and Sous Chef, Claudia Moyano,will include traditional, ethnic style dining from citrus Ceviche to Peruvian fried rice that creates the perfect regional blend of Peruvian comfort food.

yellowtail, green papaya,
aji amarillo, lime juice
beef tenderloin, pork neck, chicken,
aji amarillo sauce,
roma tomato sauce, chimichurri
sweet potato puree, chili oil
Chaufa de Mariscos
fried rice, shimp, squid, scallops
sweet potato pudding,
Oporto wine merengue
